REVISION POLICY
The number of revisions granted is determined by the package you choose, and you can request
as many
revisions as stated in your package specifics. We are committed to providing the best possible service
to
our customers and will continue to improve until your requirements are met. If the design principles are
not
updated, you will not be charged an additional fee. Within 48 hours, you will receive your redesigned
design.
After the logo designs have been finished, any changes or revisions required will be regarded as a new
order
and charged individually.
REFUND POLICY
Design Pro ’s refund policy will be nil if;
- You have selected a unique package.
- The main concept for the design has been approved.
- You've asked for changes.
- The cancellation was made for reasons unrelated to the business.
- For the past two weeks, the company has not been contacted.
- The company's policies, or policies, were broken.
- For the same project, another company or designer has been approached.
- There isn't enough detail in the creative brief.
- The company is going out of business or changing its name.
- Under no circumstances will a refund be given for reasons such as "change of mind,"
"disagreement
with a partner," or other non-service-related reasons.
- If a client purchases a service bundle and is dissatisfied with one of the services, the refund
will
be applied solely to that item and not to the entire bundle.
- Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’ or other reasons
that do
not
pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
- If a client subscribes for a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular
service,
refund will only be applicable on that particular service and ‘not’ the entire bundle.
- The client will not be entitled to any refunds after 15 days, from the date of purchase.
- Services including but not limited to Social Media Marketing/Management, Search Engine
Optimization
(SEO), Domain Registration, Logo Copyrights, Web Hosting & Paid Plugins (SSL/DDoS) are not
entitled
to refunds under any circumstances.
- In case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and
the
website is sent for development.
- In instances, where websites have been developed and uploaded on test links or actual domains,
no
refunds will be entertained. Design Pro will only be liable to troubleshoot problems (if
and
when) the
customer has subscribed to web support services.
- Refund requests will not be entertained once the logo/website designs are approved.
- A partial refund (not exceeding 25%) could be availed, if client fails to provide
the
initial brief for the logo/web design within 10 days of placing the order.
Note: Design Pro holds all rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever
it deems necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole
property of Design Pro . The company will be the rightful owner of the designs.

Design, the information will be submitted the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to

Design Pro acknowledges that any work created on behalf of a client, shall be viewed
and recognized as sole intellectual property of the client(s) alone.
The Client/Promisee will be entitled to sole ownership of the project, once the project is
paid for in full and the project is formally complete and delivered to the Client/Promisee.

COMMUNICATION POLICY
- Design Pro will not be responsible for any communication done via any other
platform than “resells@mail.com” or any numbers not provided by us or given on our official website.
- We are not responsible for any damages caused due to other contact details not provided by us.
- Project activation charges will apply if client fails to respond over a period of 45 days.
- We take full responsibility of all the information provided through our official
domains.
TAX POLICY
- According to State law, all the online services incurs tax.
- Our offered services are exclusive of taxes, taxes are to be paid by the client at
the end of the project.
